We are currently using Solution Manager 7.1 only with the minimal configuration which is necessary for Installing Support Packages and for EWA. All the other modules are not activated.
Now I have got the task to implement the SAP Solution Manager Test management for our company. That's really a challenge for me, because I will not get any training for this.
Additionally, we have only the basic support and are not SAP Enterprise Support customers - so not everything is allowed for us.
I have decided first to install a new Solution Manager 7.2 on the newest OS (we will not go into the Cloud!).
Then I will connect all our SAP systems as it was configured before.
Now my questions:
1. What are the prerequesites for using the SAP Test management? For example: Service Desk, Business Process Monitoring, ...?
2. Does anyone know where I can find some information how to set up the Test management?
