Reply from PhilAvelar on Oct 6 at 10:24 AM Mark, since this is working in your test environment but not in production you should assume that it works so the easiest way to get started is to check the output log.
Go to Edit->Pack in the delivery, select the handling unit and select Extras->Output , I would assume you will see a output record with a red flag (error) Select the output record and then select the processing button (log), that should more then likely give you a clue as to what is happening.
The next step if that doesn't help is to have the developer debug the output program, that really is the easiest way to see everything that is going on and solve it, I have seen to many examples like you mentioned where a custom program is developed that relies on things like parameters of a user and TVARC entries etc. that create support nightmares. My client uses deliveries. These deliveries have V2 application output shipment labels. Now the shipmentlabel is created during delivery creation and than with LT31 is is printed. But my client wants it to be printed after TO confirmation.
Is this possible, if yes, how?
