You should be able to do that. If the vendor has not yet been assigned to
the pr.
Add deletion indicator on PO. Then ME21N drag and drop PR to shopping
trolley. In the vendor field put the applicable vendor number.
If the vendor has been assigned to the line item on the PR then no.
