Subject: Updates to maintenance items due to change in Floc
We have used Planner Groups to identify the group responsible tor our Functional Locations for buildings. We now have to shuffle the Planner Groups and update all of the Flocs. We have found a Badi to help do this.
Our issue is that we have some Maintenance plans that have over 100 maintenance items (buildings) within them. When we update the Flocs with the new planner group this information is not getting passed on to the maintenance item for the individual Flocs in the plans. The only way we have found to update the planner group is to remove the item from the plan and then add it back. After this is done the updated planner group shows as it should.
This is a very cumbersome process and must be done manually. Is there a better way to trigger the update of the maintenance item?
