Hi,

I faced similar requirement, the difference was change in pricing in sales
order, was to be ratified while executing VF01. In that case we have tried
enhancement and after change in price this used to be transferred to lock
i.e. activate function. Reason for rejection with specific remark. May be
useful to you with some amendments.

All the best.

Subject: Locking down VF01 but Leaving VF02 Changable

We have a situation where we are trying to gain control if pricing has been changed or not. I know i can lock down the condition types in V/06 but the issue is sometimes there legitimate needs to be changed. We are trying to find a way we can monitor pricing changes in the creation of VF01. The problem is that when doing a VF01 it not consider a change since it is done during creation so there is no change logs are created. If they use VF04 then go to VF02 and make changes there would be a change log and that is great because we can create a report of the change logs. The thing is we do not want to force the users to only use VF04.

So does anyone know of a way to lockdown VF01, but make it changeable in VF02.
