Reply from mikepope on Sep 18 at 9:56 PM Let's first get terminology correct. Are you saying "confirmed" or "completed" in talking about the work order operation? If the operation is "completed" (the box checked) you may have some issues with going back and uncompleting the operation and adding additional time. There should be no problem with adding additional time confirmations for an operation if it remains open.
This might be a user training issue for the confirmation process. Other possible things to look at are
(1) are you using planning and scheduling with the work orders,
(2) is MRS being used and how is it configured and set up,
(3) lastly, are your work centers configured to prevent multiple confirmations?
Sounds like your best next step is to get into the Sandbox or Training system and check if you have an operation completed box checked.
