I have installed SAP NW 7.5 on Linux/SAP ASE 16.
The PAS and SCS instance starts, but when I run ps -ef |grep java I dont see any java process running.
Also I found below error in startdb.log :
/usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/uc/linuxx86_64/startj2eedb: Terminating with error code 13
Am also getting below error in SID.log file of SAP ASE error log file :
00:0000:00000:00000:2016/08/16 14:47:35.03 kernel basis_dlock: file '/sybase/SID/sybsystem/master.dat' already in use by an ASE
00:0000:00000:00000:2016/08/16 14:47:35.03 kernel kdconfig: unable to read primary master device
00:0000:00000:00000:2016/08/16 14:47:35.03 server kiconfig: read of config block failed
