we had the same need but there is no standard solution in SAP ERP,
so we developped our own Tcode to get WIP per operation/ Work Center.
But it is a huge work to get correct results.
If you need it that just for a few Production Orders, you can export Coois
to excel
and add there a formula to get the same, but it wasn't the solution for us.
