Question from Ramesh on Jun 14 at 4:39 AM Unable to connect to Backend system (ECC system) from GRC system after EHP 7 Upgrade.
We have released FF ID to a support users. User is tried to logon to GRC system.
1. Enter t-code GRAC_SPM
2. Selected appropriate FF ID
3. Firefighter session turns to RED
4. RFC ID resets the password of the firefighter ID
5. Last logon by firefighter ID was successfully
6. Verified in SM04 and AL08, session gets created
But user cannot see the screen of the target system.
