Start service SAPscr_00 on machine \\somu
StartService of SAPscr_00 failed. Error#: 2
Cannot connect to DCOM Interface of Start Service: -2147024894

in c:users/sidadm/sapstartcon.trc

in run it shows
C:\Users\scradm>startsap name=scr nr=00 sapdiahost=somu
startsap=>sapparam: "SAPSYSTEMNAME": "SCR" <--> "scr"
startsap=>sapparam: "SAPSYSTEMNAME": "SCR" <--> "scr"
STARTSAP continues...
