Hi,

Please provide the full error message when you are starting Oracle from SQLPLUS.

Also look at contante from alert_SID.log

In my system disp+Work.EXE goes from green to grey(stopped) few seconds after starting my IDES system.I tried searching in scn forum but coudn't find a solution for my issue. Can any one please help me with this.
