You either keyed in some command or parameter incorrectly, or you really do have a "@" character in the database password, and that is not permitted. Look through logs and trace files and see if you can find any other details. This is basic troubleshooting, and should be the first thing you do before posting to this forum. You're obviously very new to this stuff, and maybe should attend some basic SAP training such as ADM100 and ADM200 to get up to speed.
