? Switch to the PRINT PREVIEW OF VIEW layout
? Then from that use the SYSTEM > LIST > SAVE > LOCAL FILE
? And load it to your spreadsheet suing your preferred t/fer method
(I would just use 'In the clipboard' then in Excel use the text to columns wizard to columnise the data as I want it)
