In our ECC landscape servers, SCOT setting has done on all 3 system, both Production and Development is working correctly and send mail from system but only Quality system has getting error. I am wondering, the settings are same of all system why the Quality system is not sending the email.
The error is getting :
No delivery to email@removed , invalid recipient address
Message no. XS806
Diagnosis
The SAP system has processed the message correctly. However, a subsequent system has classified the recipient address email@removed as invalid or unknown and has not delivered the message to this recipient.
Information from External System
550 SPF: 178.1XX.XX.XX is not allowed to send mail
Procedure
Check the recipient address.
