Check whether you can able to restart with the backup taken before Kernel upgrade.
Also check dev_disp file, dev_wp* file.

Hello to All,
I am facing issue after Kernel update in Windows environment.
disp+work.EXE- is stopped -- SAP MMC could not be started due to this.
My environment is :-
WIN Server 2003
MaxDb-7.8
SAP-720-REL (patch level-70)
I performed Kernel upgrade (720_REL patch level-70 to patch level-300)
After kernel update-disp+work.EXE- is stopped.
Please tell me how to resolve this issue.
