Your issue will be related to the auth objects S_TABU_DIS (based around Table Authorization Groups) or S_TABU_NAM (Individual Table Names)
Tables USOBT_C (USOBT if you've not done any customisation via trxn SU24) determine which authorizations default into a role when the trxn is added via the Menu tab for the role. So if trxn removed these auth objects will be removed.
Access to tables is an exercise that you need to work through, as I don't recommend just granting blanket access as you may inadvertently open up access to sensitive table data.

I want to remove Tcode SE16 from pfcg from many roles, but when it is done, then many reports or tcodes not working properly, getting error, and I also do not want to give SE16 tcode. Though they have only display rights, because of security issues. So is there any way to do it. So that SE16 can be removed and all reports and tcodes also working fine?
