I do not completely understand your question. Are you saying that you:
1 You created the characteristic with CT04
2 Then you added it to a class e.g. using CL02.
3 Next, you assigned an object to the class (e.g. with CL20N)
4 you now want to view it.
You use CL20N to view the object and its assignments to classes. You enter the object and choose a class if there is more than one, and you click on the "Values for assignments" button and you do not see your new characteristic? Is that the issue? If so, I would focus on CT04 and compare it with other char that work for you. E.g. check its valid-from date and status. If you don't find anything in CT04, do the same in CL02.

Subject: Assign Object to classes

Hello ! we create a new characteristics (ct04), then we assign it in transaction cl02 but when we go to cl20n in the Class Type corresponding, general tab it appears black as if it was not selected ... What should we do to appear in blue and work properly ? thanks in advance .... !
