Reply from Ron Roberts on Jan 8 at 1:03 PM For lockbox, you wait for the money to come in. The you process the lockbox data, usually via a data file from the bank...using SAP EBS process. For direct debit you take the money from the customer's account. Direct debit is done via the SAP payment process...transaction F110

My question is same customer I want to use as a direct debit transaction and also they some situation insisted of direct debit , it should work through the lockbox, or manually work sheet. Can it be possible, or I should always maintain 2 set of customer one customer for the direct debit and other customer is for regular transaction. In that case it will be duplicate customer. My question is I want to achieve with one customer, it should work for Direct debit feature and also the Lock box, or manual worksheet payment . | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
