For direct debit you take the money from the customer's account. Direct debit is done via the SAP payment process...transaction F110

Direct Debit Customer And Regular Customer,
We have a requirement, I have created a new Customer as a direct debit. My question is same customer I want to use as a direct debit transaction and also they some situation insisted of direct debit , it should work through the lockbox, or manually work sheet.
Can it be possible, or I should always maintain 2 set of customer one customer for the direct debit and other customer is for regular transaction. In that case it will be duplicate customer. My question is I want to achieve with one customer, it should work for Direct debit feature and also the Lock box, or manual worksheet payment . |
