Reply from Ron Roberts on Jan 25 at 2:04 PM There are two main charts of accounts. The first is a "global" chart of accounts that contains all of the G/L accounts set up in SAP. The second is a "company code" chart of accounts that lists those accounts in the global chart of accounts that have been set up in that company code. The company code does not necessarily contain all of the possible G/L accounts in the global chart of accounts. The error message is telling you that, while the G/L account has been set up in the global COA, it is missing from the company code COA. Use SAP transaction FSS0 to add it to the company code.
