customizing or work bench.
In that case it is organisational discipline and rules which define the
time. Else in SAP the transport process can start moment request is made.

When a change request is turned in for a simple user access to a certain feature in SAP ECC, how long is the normal process before the client approves the request? I am told that regular meetings for non-urgent requests happen once a week and during that meeting they discuss the request and make a decision about it. Can anyone share what the normal process flow of a change request for your client or employer is? |
