By default, it automatically prompts to change password at first login.
If not then set ume.logon.security_policy.password_change_required to TRUE.

We would like to allow user to change SAP Portal password by themselves. I have checked the
SystemAdministration->SystemConfiguration->UMConfiguration->Security Policy tab where the Allow Users to change their own Passwords is enabled, but still I have the issue. Please suggest me how can I enable it for users.
As we are using the ABAP users as the portal users.
Environment:
SAP : Kernal 720, Netweaver 7.1
DB : DB2
OS : Suse11
