When you are talking about the incoming file, is it the formatfile in the email directory on the clarify server. I haven't done any changes to that file, am i suppose to do some alteration in this file ?? When can i locate the output file that you are talking about ?? The Inbox is dedicated to EmailClerk only . The suject line of the mail is blank and the account is active in the database. I tried some of your suggestions but it did not help, i am looking forward to hear from you with some more tips.
