Hi Friends,

Root cause can be conflict of no. Series. Please check out the no. Series.
This might be possible that no range was got finished.

I have attached the emailclerk_settings.bmp file
alongwith this mail.

When you are talking about the incoming file, is it
the formatfile in the email directory on the clarify
server. I haven't done any changes to that file, am i
suppose to do some alteration in this file ??

When can i locate the output file that you are
talking about ??

The Inbox is dedicated to EmailClerk only .

The suject line of the mail is blank and the account
is active in the database.

I tried some of your suggestions but it did not help,
i am looking forward to hear from you with some more
tips.
