We are configuring PO systems in Managed System Config Solman 7.1. We are having issue in maintaining the SM_COLL_<SID> user on the Create Users Tab. Below is the error that we are getting:
Logon test failed for user SM_COLL_<SID>

User maintained in "Enter System Parameters" has already been granted with:
