I am able to get instance specific alerts using sapcontrol function GetAlertTree. Does anyone know how to get the 'system wide' alerts using sapcontrol?
For example, using GetAlerTree shows the status of this node PRD\myhost_PRD_00\R3Services\Background\NumberOfWp BTC, but it does not shows the status of this node PRD\Background\Long-Running Jobs\Jobs Over Runtime Limits. The second one does not have the instance name, it can be displayed in transaction RZ20 but does not show up in the output of sapcontrol.
