Hello Gurus,
We are using BPC for our product planning and forecast process and I am having a very weird issue. First of all I am new in BPC so I am also in the learning phase.
BPC Version - EPM 10.0 SP 5.0
SAP BusinessObjects EPM solutions, add-in for Microsoft Office
Version: 10.0 SP 8 Patch .NET 3.5
Build 7328
This issue was with only one user until last week but now I am seeing the same issue with the second user.
User is following this path
Opens EPM -> Open -> Open Server Input from folder -> Picking up the file where he would view or enter some quantities
Only few materials out of thousands of materials are blank but when he clicks on Refresh then system populates those numbers for the missing materials by itself. User saves the life and log off from EPM.
Next time when he will go into EPM then those numbers would still be missing in the file.
Interestingly, second user was able to see these numbers all the time until last week but since Monday he is also not able to see those numbers until he Refreshes the screen.
Please note while saving the file we're not seeing any error or warning message.
Can you please suggest something here? I would really appreciate your help.
