Have you observed the trans log!, it is string to connect using ssfs. try to
logon with SIDADM, mount the home directory and try to connect the sqlplus.
Check the owner of the oracle and sap services and password and groups
also.

not set => ssfs not used 35 0.000134

blocked for con_name = R/3
