Thanks for your reply.
We require the following cost to be captured with the following conditions.
Conditions:
1.From Production point, they do not require to maintain Stock, because
Power will not be stored, so Production deportment not maintaining, but if
there is any provision for POWER GR and GI that we can consider.
2- From Sales Point, Power is no stock item, so not required to book
accounting entries at the time of Delivery, from SD side, we are raising
service invoice.
3- From Costing point, View required per KWH cost.
*Rawmaterials:*
1- Coal.
2- Water.
3- Consumables
*Activity Cost.*
1- Labour
2- Consumbles
3- Repair and Maintenance.
4- FOH
5- AOH
From Sales point of view ,
1- After doing production, 60% of power will be consumed by our other plant
With Cost+ Profit margin by raising debit memo.
2- 30% will be issued to Power Grid, for this we are issuing Sales invoice.
3- Remaining will be processing loss and other losses.
Could you please suggest us the best way of doing the Costing.
