Reply from ChiefRick on Aug 12 at 9:15 AM I wonder what date you are changing and if you are dealing with a sales order or an STO. If it's a sales order, my experience is that you must change the date that you see when you double click on the schedule line and look at the dates in the Shipping tab of the schedule line.
