If TARIF is set to default pay scale area by personnel area and subarea, have you run an action to change this employee's personnel subarea (I assume that is what you mean when you say PSA has changed?). if you run an action that processes IT0000, 0001, 0008 (minimum), the change in pers. subarea in IT0001, should trigger the pay scale changes in the following IT0008.

The pay scale details will not just change on IT0008 with a change in IT0001, you need to process a new IT0008 for the same date (or after) as the change in IT0001.

Assignment of Pay Scale Structure to Enterprise Structure in maintained SPRO. What's the reason?
