Bank key is basically a bank code which is a part of their IBAN number.

My company is a vendor for a US based client. My client is asking me to submit Bank Key for my bank in India, which is ICICI Bank. This is needed for inward remittance from my client in USA.
People at ICICI Bank have no clue what this means.
