I copied all the exe from other server, and saposcol start running, but when I try to startsap it give me another error like this:

I want to run saposcol on DEV system but I get this error : exec(2): could not load a.out.
My system is R/3 4.6, Oracle, and HP-UX.
How to solve this problem?
