So basically it needs to show the architecture diagram or works where the users and what platform sap system the user use , what printing method it uses (frontend printing or access method L) and where the printer is., which part is in the cloud ? user or sap system spooler in the cloud ? same cloud ? It needs more info in order to understand why the printing is slow.

One of my clients has an issue with printing. They are on B1 cloud environment and every time she prints, it takes like 2-5 minutes for a page to print out and each page is using 12mbs to print.
Please assist.
