Reply from BLEUNG on Jul 31 at 9:18 AM If user create the job from sap and use frontend printing, then you can time the time when the job sent it to workstation queue and from workstation queue what time it leave the queue to the printer. If you see the workstation queue creating the job and stilling creating, you can time the job when it starts and when it finish, so you can tell how long the job it actually created in the workstation , then you can check how long the job leave from workstation queue to printer, that period of time is travelling to prove how fast the network.. Once you have the data, you would know where the issues and to see it can be corrected or not.

I kindly need your help with this:
One of my clients has an issue with printing. They are on B1 cloud environment and every time she prints, it takes like 2-5 minutes for a page to print out and each page is using 12mbs to print.
Please assist.
