In ALV grids, NUMC fields are output without leading zeros. For the specific field in question, in the field catalog entry you will find a field called LZERO. Set this to ABAP_TRUE ('X') and the field will be displayed with leading zeros.
If the field is not a NUMC field but subject to a conversion exit then I would replace the field with a CHAR field of the same length but with a domain that does not have a converison exit and use that to display your data

I have used the 1.FM- RESUE_ALV_FIELDCATALOG_MERGE and then Using the 2.FM REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY. Before enter into 2nd FM the internal table have value 001. But ALV display is showing 1 only. Please give a solution for this problem.
