PO from buyer via Internet/E-mail when one of the thing that can happen and
has to be cared for is if the price go up more then X $ you have to inform
him, right?

In our company, the creator and the buyer are the same person. I'm really lost now. How do I link the tabke and the field name to an email recipient? Should I do it in the condition record? I looked at it and don't see where I can do it.
