Business Requirement: It may so happen sometimes that a company many Request for Quotation for specific Qty. for instance,10 Qty., but the Supplier issues Quotation for a minimum of 20 Qty. at a reasonable price. This is the example of Minimum Order quoted by the supplier and the one giving best deal i.e. best minimum order qty parameter will be awarded with PO. If I want to compare the vendors based on minimum order qty should quoted qty be a factor for consideration ? |
