Reply from vtburns on Jun 8 at 9:13 AM For an STO the GR is processed in MIGO against the STO# just like a PO. The DN is issuing the material out of the shipping plant but the receiving plant will use the STO to receive. The DN has already served its purpose.

Hello,
for an STO, we create replenshiment delivery and do PGI, then we do GR with ref to outbound delivery.
1) How does the system determines that a particular outbound delivery(after PGI) is available for GR. Does system sets some flag or some status somwhere ?
2) After the GR is done for outbound delivery, how does the system determines that it is not again to be relevant for GR ?
