Hello to all,

My question is how SAP calculates whether Users are Low/Medium/High in ST03N.

When I checked in my PRD server, it shows :-

Low :- 16
Medium :- 17
High :- 18

When I calculate this by below formula:-

Considering 40 working hours/week

each hour 480/40=12 dialog steps

each dialog step =60/12 minute =5 minutes=300 seconds

By this formula :-

if Dialog Step comes between 0-480 dialog steps then Low user

if Dialog Step comes between 480-4800 dialog steps then Low user

if Dialog Step comes between 4800-14400 dialog steps then Low user

But when I calculated by the above formula,it gives the wrong no. of users in my PRD server

(Low = 28, Medium
, High =51)

How SAP calculates whether Users are Low/Medium/High in ST03N.

Please reply.

Regards,
JUNAID
