Reply from JG-SAPHR on May 7 at 9:09 PM HRS=FRxxC where xx is quota type - this will give the total balance. This will happen if the IT 2013 has already been acted upon in QUOTA function. So your PCR has to be after QUOTA.

I have created a quota correction using IT 2013 to increase a quota. After the hours are used I created another quota correction for the same quota. However, when I ask if the remainder of the quota is zero in a Time Evaluation rule, the system is seeing the first quota, which has been used, and not the new second quota which has hours remaining. So the answer that is being returned is that the remainder of the quota is zero. How do I get the system to read the newer quota that has hours remaining? |
