Thanks for your prompt response, it was very helpful. I have check all these and looks fine.
However I have created the same scenario in QAS server for testing. I hired two employee with same master data.
Maintained Conveyance allowance WT Rs.800/- in IT0008 for both employees. Difference is with in employee subgroup.
Employee 1 - Grade I (employee subgroup)
Employee 2 - Grade II (employee subgroup)
IT0582, IT0583 did not maintained for both employees. I can say the master data is same for both employees other than employee subgroup.
Result:
For one employee who is Grade II, RT table /130, /133,/4E3,/3C3 has been generated.
For other employee who is Grade I, the above wage types did not generated.
Now can you help me out where exactly I need to check so that the other employee also get conveyance exemption.

Our customer raise an Issue saying for two employees conveyance exempted is not getting calculated. These two employees has joined in mid month of January and February 2015.
