In FTXP, you first choose the country code. Then you define the tax code (for example, I1 purchase tax). Then, still in FTXP, you assign the appropriate rate / percentage. So yes, because the combination of code and rate is country-specific, you can use the same code in multiple countries.
However, this also means that you will need to assign the same GL account number to that tax code, for all countries. Can you do this?

1) One tax code to support multiple tax rates in different countries.
The problem I have is I do not know how to start and go through this as all the 28 countries are assignee to different tax procedure.
