If there are different dates, you need a separate BoE for each one. Sending: Check the local requirements.BoE can be printed as paper documents or sent as electronic attachments; you would need to develop a form for this. This is done in France for example. The Italian RiBa, on the other hand, does not require any document or form at all. DFE
