Installments: You need a separate BoE for each installment. Remember that a BoE is a promise to pay a certain amount on a certain date. If there are different dates, you need a separate BoE for each one.
Sending: Check the local requirements.BoE can be printed as paper documents or sent as electronic attachments; you would need to develop a form for this. This is done in France for example. The Italian RiBa, on the other hand, does not require any document or form at all.

Hi
I have a doubt in Bills of Exchange,
Suppose we have a bills of Exchange for 3 Months period. Means the customer
pays the money in 3 Installments m,m+1,m+2....
For this do we have to create only 1 Bills of Exchange mentioning all the
details like the m, m+1, m+2 and send it to the customer or do we have to
create 3 separate bills of exchange.
And i wanted to know how do we send the bills of exchange to the customer
what is the T.Code for that.
I know how to create the bills of exchange after that i don't know how to
handle the situation. like sending it to customer.
Please help me out in this regards.
