-Go to NACE
-Select V3 for billing
-Click on Output Types
-Select output type eg RD00
-Click the details icon
-Go to Storage system tab
-On storage mode select archive only

The client is looking for a solution to archive invoice output PDF doucment automatically on invoice create (VF01). Later the archived invoice should be available if required for re-printing or audit?
Any suggestions on what functionality in SAP or OpenText can be used to achieve the same.
