It looks like that it hasn't FQDN, SAPLOCALHOST, SAPLOCALHOSTFULL
and icm/host_name_full.
Could you tell us more details about your instance?

Hi Bruno, I do not have compatibility mode under tools in fire fox mozilla browser. So I installed add on for IE to copy paste the link and execute it does not work either. Error message: Navigation to webpage was cancelled.
tools > options > content > exceptions > add the exception link allow to the webdynpro: http://<host>:8002/sap/bc/webdynpro/scf/snc? sap-language=EN
Any suggestion, not sure what is missing.
