There are 2 things - picking and warehouse transfer order
If you have different delivery item categories in current and new (customer) processes, only then you can setup picking not mandatory for new process (whereas picking is needed in current process).
Warehouse transfer order is needed when plant, storage location is assigned to warehouse. For the new process, as you are having separate storage location, you can setup no w/h TO required.

The problem is the following. I have several companies in the same mandant, and most of them use picking and WM in all warehouses.
Now, we have a new company that doesn't need WM.
So, when they do the deliveries they are manually doing the picking as it is relevant for those items.
How can I put the picking as optional or not necessary for that company or storage location or shipping point?
I'm checking spro-logistincs execution-> shipping->picking and I can't find anything that do what I want.
