The only way to remove the PO and the PR is to archive them. You also need to remove all stock from the system and then archive all the material movements as well. Often it is better to start from scratch and allocate a new number to the material.

I would like to change UOM of a part. In MM02 the system gave errors indicating that PO and PR exist for that part. I short closed the PO and when MM02 was run, the system indicated presence of only PR. I tried to close PR but the system is not allowing me to delete the item . It is till giving the error message that the PO exists
