But, we want to run the payroll driver for both months i.e., from 01-Mar-15 to 03-Apr-15. Individually when we run for Mar'15 and Apr'15 separately it is executing with out any issue. But we cannot run individually because of two Financial Years.
When we keep the period as 01-2015 i.e., Apr'15 it is returning the above message which has to consider both the months. Please suggest.

Subject: No Payroll Results Available for 12th Period of 2014 for Employee
During the live run one of the employee was put in absence for the period 12/2014 as we got the notice from the employee that the employee is going to resign on 3rd Apr 2015. During the employee settlement, the absence record has been deleted and tried to run the payroll by putting the period as 01/2015. We could not execute the payroll driver as it is throwing a message "No payroll results available for 12th Period of 2014 for employee xxxx". We've tried several options and could not succeed. We need help in clearing this issue. |
