There are no direct relationships between your tablespace and contents of directory /usr/sap/R3P/DVEBMGS00/data .
Please share how you mounted your file systems.
Your tablespace should be located in a directory such as /db2 or /oracle.... and /usr/sap should me mounted on another filesystem.
