So, run the payroll of march for this employee.
Now, run to.code pa30
For the month of March 2015 only make all wages as zero
i.e. Copy new row STARDATE 01.03.2015 and END DATE 31.12.2015 and make all wages zero
(if you have recurring payments / ded in IT0014, do the same thing)
Now when you run payroll of Apr 15, there will be Retro effect of March 2015.
