Reply from RPAC64 on Apr 24 at 9:56 AM If you used t-code F.27 (periodic account statements) those statements are a snapshot of the customer's account at a point in time. They are not automatically saved in SAP. You have to plan for that requirement and tweak the transaction to do that. Something like printing a pdf copy to an internal folder before outputting the paper statement. Again, if you used F.27, you can try to replicate the statement by entering the exact same selection criteria but that probably won't produce the exact same output. For instance, we use a sapscript form, produce a pdf, save the pdf to an internal folder, then either snail mail or email the statement to the customer. BC
